Our Main Products
For thousand years, Ginger has been a well known medicinal and culinary properties in Asian cultures. The hot fragrance spice is an herb used in cooking, especially in Indonesian, Malaysian and Thai cuisines. Meanwhile, ginger is also used for treatment of cold, nausea, migraine and arthritis.
Young Coconuts are harvested young and directly from the trees to prevent it ages. Its green outer skin is pared away and left encased with a uniquely shaped ivory shell. Young coconuts are mainly used for its refreshing juice and soft, jelly-like meat inside.
A lot of people have mistaken shallots with onions as they both come from the same family. By comparing the both, shallots are smaller than onions and have long and slender bulbs while onions are round and large.
Durian are well-known for its spiky husk appearance and distinctive odour. It can be shaped oblong or round, and flesh pale yellow to red depending on its species. The most popular species here in Thailand is “Monthong” which is known as the “Golden Pillow”.
