Ginger, aka Zingiber officinale, is a flowering plant whose underground rhizome, or ginger roots, is widely used as spices and medicines. The hot fragrant spices have been well-known for its medicinal and culinary properties in Asian cultures for thousand of years.

Production Process
- Ginger root and its main plant is separated before it is send to the factory
- Grading and Selection of Ginger through Size and Weight.
- The unprocessed, soiled gingers are then sprayed with anti-fungus compound to prevent the mold growing on ginger.
- The unprocessed, soiled gingers will be stored in 15° C refrigerator.
- The unprocessed, soiled gingers will be wash by machine or man-power thoroughly to make sure there is no excess soil and insects.
- The washed ginger is left to dry in sun for 2 hours.
- Final Inspection on dried ginger to make sure there is no excess soil and insects on the surface of ginger.
- The washed ginger will be packed into carton box or poly bag and ready for shipment.
